I'll get the tape out for some one-armed measurements this afternoon.
The tubing is Ritchey Logic Super Tubing by Tange.

Just measured it up.
17" c to top with a 21.5" c to c top-tube.
It also has a brand new 1" Ritchey headset with it too now.
I also have a minty set of 231cd's laced to M737 hubs plus 737 front/rear mechs and un-used 737 canti's (the ones crc were selling a while ago).
The only things i was waiting for to finish this was the Ritchey stem that's coming (slowly) from the US and I was looking for a set of Ritchey bars to match
