x-lite bars look ti not sure if they are though

Its a 1 inch as it held the forks but i think it is sleeved down as you can see in the piccy a silver sleeve, i will double check this is removeble

To be honest i have not tryed to get it out, i bought the bike with two others some time ago and never used it bought for the parts

Can I take these please also the fork is there any issues with it,, any play , everything work.. ? , am interested in these also pending working condition..
