Had a funny if not rather disgusting incident whilst training in the vet school[Meat inspector]
Large side of beef hanging in the main lab about 5' off the ground,the lecturer surrounded with bright young student vets are huddled closely around it.He puts a knife into a shoulder section[under the first rib] to incise the lymph node buried in there[a method for identifying unseen problems]
Straight into an enormous abscess :shock: Had to be a couple of gallons of pus under pressure.
Everyone in that huddle received a sample
About 1/2 had to go home.
At least none of them fainted this time :roll:
