Wanted Nice 1 1/8th Black Quill Stem For Early 90’s Upcoming Project… Syncros, Ritchey, Tioga etc.

Hi, looking for a nice 1 1/8th black quill stem for a 1990 steel framed project. Low/medium rise and length 120 - 135mm ideally. Will need to have either internal routing or noodle for front brake as running rigid forks. Nothing battered please, doesn’t need to be nos though.
