The Pro II adapters won't fit. The Bulb QR axle goes right the way through the hub and screws together in the middle. I'd try UK Bike Store because they seem pretty good for older spares.
Personally, I'd try and source a pair of older Bombers with a QR axle of which there are normally a fair few about. I'd also go for 130mm rather than 100mm. Slap on a dual ring and some lighter tyres and you'll be able to do some more grown up riding.
