Newbie after some advice on mount vision year? 96-98

hi have been browsing forum for a while now and have taken the plunge and bought a retro marin mount vision just not sure of the year?

any help would be gratefullly recived also after after a manual for the forks or some sort of guide as they seem locked solid!!

If memory serves me right it looks like a 98 (going by decal colours and the MK2 swingarm)

Scrub that, I could be talking bollocks, MK2 swing arms were fitted by the bucketload to 97 models as warranty replacements. The Manitou's are 97 but the original spec ones on the Mount Vision came with silver decals I believe.
