Im steve, 50 years old and having the old days longing feeling
I dont own a bike anylonger, the last time I did was in the 70's which I bought from a home shopping catalouge and paid weekly for, the exact same bike and advert as in the pic below, and was the first thing I ever paid for all by myself.
I have spent ages sticking all sorts into goole and out of the blue came across the pic below, and couldnt believe it, it was if I was looking at the same advert when I was a kid.
we have just bought our 7 year old twin daughters bikes for christmas, and we started talking about getting a bike for my self and my wife, having a look around at todays stuff, didnt really do it for me, Im not and never have been into the mountain bike look,
the only bike that has ever looked right in my eyes was my old bike,
so.....what do you think the chances are of still getting one, I dont mind a resto, as Im into classic VW's
