Well, I feel that I have found my second or third home. I have endured many a confused looks over my 7-speed thumbies, and all of my other old-school addictions.
Could it get better? When I saw the T-shirt with the thumb shifter on the front, I knew I had finally found Nirvana.

I have been addicted to mountain biking and cycling in general since 1987.
