New to forum, know nothing about bikes, advice on 'barn find', well back of a dusty warehouse find to be accurate. Muddyfox chromo comp courier purple

Yes, could be - MF had this logo style for a few years around that time.

It's a straightforward frame - so you could do lots of different things with it. make it original, add new components, add drop bars, make a 1x ... or just clean it up and ride it :)

(I would like a chocolate bike though don't leave it in the sun 😄 )
 
You've got this whole 'barn find' ethos all wrong.. i think you're meant to start with a near mint bike / car or whatev's.. then you cover it in dust, bird shit ect and put it in a barn.. then you go 'find' it while someone is filming you? .. faux expression of surprise, hose it off to reveal your amazing find.

At least thats the impression i get watching Youtube 😁
