After some new wheels for light touring and road work has anyone any recommendations for v-brake rims or wheels that can take thinner tyres and run at higher pressure seems hard to find new quality rims now it's for an old bike but can be retro or modern !! Cheers

Thanks but looking for some new ones just wondering what people are buying and if anyone can recommend a new set of wheels doesnt have to be retro as new old stock is getting expensive and harder to find and all I want to do is keep riding my old bikes

Re:

Thanks will check those rims out had already looked on spa cycles as was looking to buy some new built up wheels but surprised how expensive they've got ! I have got some hubs I can use but how much does it cost to get wheels built these days ? Guessing about £50 a set of rims £40 a set of spokes and £40 labour still works out about £130 even if you have the hubs

The wheels are maybe not the cheapest but have a brilliant reputation in the touring community for being totally reliable and very well-built.
