Another Litage!
This must be Sakae month
This is NOS, awesome. Like all of them, I love it. Individual frames from that brand were common for custom builds. In Spain, they were distributed by Macario Llorente, who was also the Shimano distributor for Spain (in those years there were three: Macario, Casa Masferrer, and Velimsa, if I remember correctly. In the end, there was only one left...)
I remember that in the end, if a store bought an XTR M900, they would get a free Sakae Litage frame while supplies last.
Congratulations, that's a beautiful Suntour. I've been wanting more from that brand.

I have a weak spot for bonded frames like this. The bonding and bolting, the way the tubes are joined, cables are routed the distinctive wishbone stays and many more design choices that make this frame a frame you can only take for a SR Litage. The 'the Pipe' stem is constructed in the same way as frame and fork. In hidden spots you find tiny holes were adhesive was injected.
The same for the Suntour XC Pro: the Grease Guard system, the Self Energizing brakes... there are al lot innovations, solutions and quirks to see on this bike.
