Bought a pair, frikking charging me 13 pound for shipping across the pond, shame! I'm having this forwarded to a pal in UK and then have it shipped for normal rates to my house. Lessons learned: read the small print.

£13 for 2 tyres to the US from the UK doesnt sound beyond reasonable to be honest. It cost me £17.50 recently to send a set of pace forks internally within the UK.

^well, its not US but Netherlands and the actual shipping is only 8 quid, the 'signing for' part is an additional 4. Thats 4 too many in my book.
And i wanted to keep the original packaging so i had a total of 15 quid shipping charge on an 18.99 item.

Lol so true . My tyres turned up yesterday, fully boxed and immaculate. Tyres were the same. No idea what I am going to do with them now Jerky has said that are crap (I sooooo don't remember them being bad but seem to remember them slipping once on a tight tarmac corner...) but hey, I'm happay at that price . I was always a Smoke/Dart boy back in the day.
