Anyhow, nice to see there are still folks who appreciate a good bit of sturdy yorkshire- ness....Do the americans still think yorkshire is a town?

Regards

Marcus

Hi Marcus, nice to see you haven't forgotten your roots. Pace were great in the old days weren't they. The bike everyone around here aspired to. Even featured on the local telly as the next big thing in cycling.

As for Americans and Yorkshire, there are some Southerners who think Yorkshire is a town!! :D

Only joking guys, after all, I'm married to one (and have a mother-in-law who thinks Yorkshire is full of rough people)

Ok, i'll pop off down the seafront and take some pics on my phone, camera is knacked ( like me lungs).

Oh, and thanks for all the warm welcomes!!!

Are there any unfit riders in the brighton area?

Yeah, I'm in the Brighton-ish area, I'm very fit - when I ride on my own, not so fit when there's others around

:D

*Maybe I need to visit here more and read posts?

No go on the pics, vista does'nt like my phone ( or any other softwarte for that matter).

Things were really better back then.....were'nt they?

@hermit: Would you like to show me some singletrack onetime? Been up on the downs a few times, but gagging for some propper rooty stuff!!!

Any idea what the forest by the m23 near gatwick is like for riding?

Yep, one here.

Actually I alternate between Haywards Heath and Hove.

Welcome, and I'll also join the baying mob calling for pics.
