New Member with Old Bike!!!

Hi Guys,

Just thought i would say hello. My name is Marcus and i am currently residing in Hove, East Sussex. I am originally from Yorkshire. Just stumbled across this site.

My bike is a Pace f6 (F619137 for the frame number thread!!!). I have just started riding again after many years of drinking, smoking *cough*, and far too many bacon butties!!!

The bike is fitted with:- RC 36 EVOs, Renthal bars, Middleburn RS3s, x lite L168 stem ( too long tho, anyone wanna swat for a silver 120mm?), XT from back in the day, hope fatso ,and Ti- Glide....Still looks the b*llocks ten years later!!!

So, what happened to pace? wheres all the box section and carbon, the machined lovelyness? *sniff*

Anyhow, nice to see there are still folks who appreciate a good bit of sturdy yorkshire- ness....Do the americans still think yorkshire is a town?

Hi Neilll.

I guess everything has its day....

Not got any pics at the moment, will sort some soon.

I see my bike's sister is on the list, be nice to reunite them!!!

Also, has anyone got a scan of the F6 manual, mine got lost years ago : (. Still got one for the RC36 EVOs if anyone need one?

Would love too, but september is prety much a booked up unfortunatly, plus no car....and about as fit as a 80 years old.

Shame as I lived in sheffield for years, so did plenty of riding in the peaks.
