i just won this 91 explosif i plan on making a superlight commuter with it..im guessing its going to be fairly light already though! still to decide on spec,ideas welcome,not singlespeed!!

The seller claimed he had all the original parts, i'd like to see it restored to as near catalogue spec as possible. Seems a false economy to strip it and start again as it's already in top spec for its year (1991, pre-XTR).

I'd love to see better pics when you get it. I had to be very restrained not to bid this morning

This just looks light. Oooh those skinny tubes.

Built mine up to 10KG but can easily go lighter. I have 21 speed with components all designed for MTB originally. (Except tyres)
