I went to my local tip today and it was heavily staffed and I felt wary of just loading up what I wanted. As I understand it you can't just grab stuff right?

How does one go about extracting an item they like from the clutches of the tip men?

i have 2 of those netbooks, and am very farmiliar with them, built one of them out of 2 broken ones, one is pimped with win 7, and the other running linux,
