Neglected and in need of some TLC!

Hi Folks,

Embarassingly my trusty old steed has been sitting in my shed for nearly 2 years without being ridden! Plus I live near perfect MTB countryside so I don't have a good excuse really. Anyway, my wife and I have decided to get back on our bikes again to get fit. I am maybe looking to respray my frame but not sure whether to keep the titanium finish or go for a different colour altogther, I was thinking maybe white?

Also, does anyone have any good tips on how to get rid of rust or is too far gone do you reckon?

check for holes! That rust could hide something nasty - wire brush, check for cracks/ holes etc then treat with Kurust or similar. Then decide what/ where/ when
