You sure that it's made of titanium? The dropout looks to be a Ritchey, in which case the bike is nickel plated steel, the heavily tapered chainstays and matching fork also suggest that.

Thanks to the expert eye, the seller gave this information and states that it has an account and a guarantee for the frame ..... but I was immediately suspicious because there are no data on the Internet for such bikes from GEPIDA. was a pre amazing advertisement to be true.
In any case, I will contact him for an explanation and insight into those papers, it will be interesting.
