Hi,

As said need help,

Bought something here on the Forum and have been somedays on holidays away from home and the box of parts arrived but was returned back to UK same days I arrived.

I've contacted my Post office and there's nothing I can do since it was returned back to UK, so my question is do they normally return the packages when returned back in UK?

I know that was my fault but I didnt really wanted to loose this parts because they are not really to find and buy.

The seller said that he would go to the depot few weeks ago but didn't got an answer from him after some msg's also. :?

If someone's could help me on this would be great!

Nuno

It all depends on the policy at your local postal service. Over here they return items to the sender if they haven't been picked up 14 days after the attempt to deliver.

In this case the Item come from UK to Lisbon and then returned back to UK.

So kind of asking to the UK sellers if the Royal Mail services returns packages back to them after being returned from other places ;)

Tried to call them but haven't found any contact.

You should possibly talk to one of the mods on maybe getting a proper email address from them :?
Annoying to miss stuff in the post though it seems your postal service was a little quick in returning them. Its standard that when they fail to deliver they drop a card in saying where it is and to come pick it up,and i think its usual for them to hold it for a week or ten days before returning it to the original sender
