Come to think of it, that chainstay does look very similar to those Raliegh RSP frames. There is a link to some NOS ones in the ebay section.

i no exactly what this is!its a claud butler frame.when i used to work at claud butler i used to see loads of them frames with that sort of chainstay

nah its definatley not a raleigh as they a wishboned

chainstay bridge is slightly different too
