No i am just a customer, who has not had access to his money or account for a week And thought it was all clear only to find out its still ongoing.

I caught the liars out because I record all conversations with anyone I have to deal with including the CAB, caught liars there too. All conversations get downloaded to my computer and filed away just like the paperwork.

You think I am paranoid, yes I am when it comes to dealing face to face with companies and officials and that through bitter experience, so now I record sometimes secretly other time in plain view, but ask first, each situation guides my approach and where there is less trust I become more covert.

Whether it is illegal or not, I reserve the right to record voice, because my memory in conversation sucks so bad I can't remember what was said when I leave a place.
