Name that frame - What have I bought

Took a punt on this, anyone got any idea what it is.
It's probably a Carrera/Apollo/BSO but you never know.

It's alloy not sure what I'm going to do with it yet.

Frame number SF40692870, sounds a bit made in Taiwan mega-factory to me.

I wonder if it could be a Raleigh? This Savanna has a very close serial number.
