Skyway Ta for me bitd, always wanted one but never afford it, finally picked one up about 4 yrs ago but sold it last year as you look a bit of a numpty when you are 38!

None MTB's I guess 
But being not too up on the other side(s) I would have say under 'classic' would be Raleigh 'Banana' bikes and Bananaman for that matter.
As for roadie team it would be Team Telekom from the early 90's and only because I had their race top from them in all it's white and pink glory. (actually it followed me as I moved around, in the hope one day I would find biking again and use it, never thought I would be fatter and it wouldn't fit as it a bit of a tight now
)

Really wanted a Manitou System FS BITD but the two grand odd price just for the frame made it out of the question.
Got one last year but was left pretty underwhelmed by it :roll:, stunning looking bike but medeocre ride, was nice to ride downhill however, despite it's one inch of travel front and rear.
Other dream is a Gator fade Klein Adroit but i think thats better remaining a dream
