Name some classic, inspirational, dream bikes

I know MTB's quite well (and MBUK had an article last month), which got me wondering what other ones there were in other disciplines like Road, Track, BMX or just general classic bikes.

I always wanted a Diamond Back Harry Leary Turbo. A mate had one and i loved it. I'm really into 26" Cruisers at the moment and really fancy a Kos Cruiser, a Lawwill Pro Cruiser or a Cooks. Such cool bikes.

Yep DiamondBack Turbo for me too, and a GT, didnt know the models back then, just wanted a GT (or a GHP haha)
then later in life a Kestrel road bike, or a KrakkenFail...

for me it was the Mountain Cycle San Andreas. Got one in the end.

Not a big fan of aluminium frames myself, but in my area of the sport, I guess the Alan Supercross (and similar Alans) was a bit of a legend in its own lunchtime, erm, lifetime - bucketloads of world and domestic CX titles were won on Alans of this era.
