Far east production, and certainly nout wrong with that, these frames were avaliable throughtout the uk and supplied to many bike shops, by importers and distributors, 2 varitaions in quality were avaliable, a lower grade aluminium and the easton stamped variant. Often there was an option of a square tubed rear end.
Quite a light frame if memory serves me right, the weld quality on the easton stamped version was always far superior.
I suspect somewhere you might see a fading stamp of a diamond with an E in the middle.
As for a name, it depended on the shop selling them, and what inhouse brand name they chose, if at all.
