Mystery Ti frame

I found this laying around a friends shop. No s/n, no markings. A magnet won't stick to it. Any idea what it is?

Welds not the neatest. My money is on an early 1990s Russian-built frame.

I might say the opposite. Most of the Russian frames I've seen had better welds than the main US brands. Nothing like an out of work aerospace fabricator doing Ti after the end of the cold war

+1. Initially I thought it was a Voodoo D-Jab, but it's not. Doesn't look too bad, but it has a similarity with my old Chinese built 1996 Parkpre Elite that the chain-stays look too skinny.

Those noodles are an interesting feature. You don't find many ti frames that have them.

Since you're in Toronto I would guess a Russian built Maxam frame sold through the Cyclepath chain of stores. They were cheap and flexy!

Take the wheel out and see if you can squeeze the dropouts together. That's what I remember from those frames.
