Looks like a modern XT rear mech and the Deore gear isn't bad. Get it cheap (i.e less then £30) and you might make a bit from the parts but I don't think it's worth getting too excited about tbh. Would make a half decent run-a-bout for the right price.

The frame is a Raleigh Special Products (RSP) 250. They are pretty nice but not overly expensive
