Mystery french bike, any ideas?

Just brought this bike, it has Campy dropouts and a unusual set of steerer lugs, it looks 80's as the gear change mount is braze on rather than band on. Any ideas?

I looked on classic rendezvous and it has Oscar Egg lugs. I guess it could be a mid to late 70's Oscar Egg? Or is it a Vitus frame?
