Mystery e stay bike for sale.

This was bought off eBay ages ago. It was sold as an alpine stars t26. But it isn't.
I was going to build it for my wife but she won't be riding.
It is sold as pictured. But I will include the chain tensioner and some xt cantilever brakes and brake levers.
I can include more details tomorrow.
I am asking for around £150. Postage will be around £20.

10.5 inches from bb to centre of top tube.
17 inches from bb to top of seat tube.

Had one for my son, but with a shorter seattube. Couldn't find out the brand also. Does it have a 1 1/4" headtube?
