Kind of odd features for what I presume to be an early-'90s frame. I assume main tubes are all "Gilco" type. The paintwork seems more of that era, the cable routing in the TT is entering and leaving from the topside of the of the tube (c.'91-'92 and later frames: cable entered the front on the underside of the tube; except the Oval Cx from mid '80s also had front entering at the bottom), and Colnago used smooth transitions at cable entry w/o any protrusions or boot/grommet. The seat stay cap/seat cluster does not look like a Cx ("fastback" style); nor does a Cx model exist by the estimated time of that frame as a catalog option. Cx model last appears in '84 brochure (Conic model c.'87 replaced it?) but it does not mean that it was not made in later years in some variant form, or that it did not appear in a different catalog/brochure (e.g. "XL" model was not shown in main '89 Colnago main catalog; but is found in '89 Dutch Colnago brochure), as is normal for Colnago and others to do. The frame could be a custom order. Looks like it has Prugnat 62d head lugs which were phased out c. 1990 (only one frame in '89 catalog uses that older lug pattern; though it might be an older stock photo so hard to say; Colnago catalogs are often inaccurate in description and imagery) so also indicative of something prior to the mid '90s. Bottom bracket cutout and stay cap detail would help date it better, but probably won't help ID the model if indeed it is a stock model; and even then Colnago did not document changes done to a model within a given model year. My guess is c.1990; model?
Speaking of Colnago mystery frames; I have a couple I'll be dealing with shortly: an early-mid '80s something, and an early '70s Super (Roma?; pre-Mexico/'72).
