I still can't see it, it just asks me to log in. Meta are punishing me for not having a Facebook account.

I keep looking at this and (sticks head above parapet and immediately gets it shot off...), I think it might be an early Overbury's Pioneer and someone has lowered the top tube and brazed in a support tube. Been looking at Overbury's and then at this there is a picture of an early pioneer with the bottle cage on the seat tube quite high up like this one, but that had more clearance to get the bottle out with a higher top tube, the placement of those bottle bosses with that low top tube just don't make any sense otherwise...

Yep! Well my uncle has kindly collected it and I'll pick it up when I go down to visit. The guy apologised for the slow reply and said he'd got so many messages about it he'd just ignored them all
