Hmm didn't notice that. Maybe a different model year? Everything else matches up right down to the hole in the rear brake cable stop.

Is it just me or has someone welded on a hanger to the frame and not bothered to use the replacable hanger mount that are there.
MuddyFox are our nearest pierced toptube bikes.
It's generically made by an Asian company, looks nice though
But yes it's the same frame as the yellow, give or take a boss in a different place.
Probably a batch alteration (or a different brand of the same thing).
Same era 91/92 as it's got the pulley wheel invertor. By '93 these had pretty much stopped being used.

Ha ha Ha it does look like the hanger was welded on. I don't know if I was by the current owner or somewhere through the life of the bike. I don't think he would've done that, so it is probably an old repair. Looks like it would've taken a special hanger and they couldn't find one so they welded one on.
