My XL Dolomite Attitude

I built this pretty much exactly three years ago and have ridden it literally *once* gently to the park at the end of my road. I'm too terrified of scratching it. The first bit of chain suck would make me cry !

The photos are obviously three years old now, but it still looks exactly the same, having been hanging in the garage the whole time.

Bump because it's almost a year since I posted and there's been zero replies !

Re:

I don't know but FWIW I paid £1700 recently for a 20' 1994 Sea and Sky with some nice components. Definitely not mint, couple of small dings and scratches but pretty good condition mix of components, XTR, middleburn cranks, ringle moby etc.

Don't know whether that helps work out what this might be worth. I assume dolomite is more iconic and collectible and yours looks mint so there would be a reasonable premium for that, but I am too new to this to know myself.

Re:

Your Attitude looks like it might be in very good to excellent condition but we can’t see for sure from only the 1 photo. Klein values can be all over the place but the ones in excellent condition routinely get more than $2k and Dolomite Attitudes tend to get more than that (I’ve noticed them averaging $2,500 or so). Yours looks to be an extra large which means it’s sized for a rider that’s above average in size so the potential market isn’t as big as it is for the smaller/average sized frames. One way for sure to find out is to list it on eBay and see what the market will pay - but when you advertise make sure to include lots of pics, especially of the frame and MC1, to highlight the condition of the paint. Best of luck.

Thanks for the reply. There’s a link to the build thread in my first post. There’s loads of pics in there.
