My Pace RC200 F? on ebay, Is it an F8 or not?!!!!

I've got some ebay fella trying to tell me its an F3/4 because its got a canti hangar on the monostay. Its got a cable guide on the monostay I think. I've got to go home at lunchtime, so I'll get some pics and post the here.

I've also had someone tell me (see questions to seller on the ad) that its down to frame number:

19RC0809

Size: 19 Type: RC 08 Build: 09

Please help!!! I don't want to go ripping people off........

Sorry its not a F8 frame more like 3 or a 4 as it has a bridge behind the bottom bracket and looks like a rib on the head tube also decals are wrong for F8 If it has the rib its a 3 from '94.

I think its an F2 or F4 or maybe an F5.

Cos of the cable hanger stop on the rear wishbone (like my F4)

I've an F2, and it's got three cable slots running along the top tube...maybe an F3 or F4?
