just had a look at the saracen catalogue on here and there's only the 92 one but suprised to see true temper tubing. think this is going to be a better bike than i imagined, assuming it's all ok.

really liked the black lx when it came out

i hope it is a 93

According to the 1993 catalogue you've got yourself a 1993 Saracen Traverse.
Looks to be more or less completely original. Great find and great price.

93 probably - lack of compact drive and gear indicator windsows will confirm it.

A reet bargain I was tempted myself but so far "oop north" is a tad far to go for such a bargain
