My newest hobby, it sounds like a hoard of bees

The camera is a 14 megapixel version made by DJI. It's not the greatest, particularly in low light but it does fine in daylight.

"Personal manned & unmanned aerial vehicles such as the DJI line of products allow hobbyists, photographers, real estate agents, news channels, fire fighters, farmers, researchers, innovators, athletes, adventurists, futurists, and RC enthusiasts, and plenty of other people and businesses to get an eye in the sky like never seen before. Getting an early start this brand new technology allows the average Joe a gateway to innovation, and with the ingenuity and creativity of drone pilots, new ideas and applications could be used to transform the way we do business, pursue entertainment, and literally see the world. Drones are the future and are here to stay. They will soon be delivering our mail, fighting our fires, finding missing people, managing (and planting!) our crops, and far far more."

Wow! Delivering our mail! Planting our crops!

I fear looking up in sky now, lest the seatpin I ordered from CRC does impale my eye!

blue skys....you can get them on a cold day over here!

I'm more impressed with the brown grass and the need to wear a sun hat ! :D

Hey thanks Richard. The grass around here is going to be getting even more brown as Gov. Brown has ordered us all to cut back on urban water use due to our drought.

Is he the same Governor featured in the Dead Kennedys song? Obviously my knowledge of US local government is poor.

Why yes he is: Jerry Brown served as governor in the late seventies and then made several failed attempts to become president, served as the mayor of Oakland, the top executive in the California Democratic party, attorney general and then shocked everyone five year ago by running for governor again.
