Having turned my back on Saab 900's and their china gearboxes (4 in 7 years  ), I have my sights set on a VR6 Corrado Storm after Ive got this wedding out the way next year....

Brother has a Mint Mk1 Gti, a beetle, and a minter than mint '66 SO42 Splitty, and I have a '63 Beetle as well, so Veedubs sort of run in the family

Love the Scirocco, but I'm more of a 90's boy than an 80's

G

i was looking at corrados too because those are just coming into classic insurance territory but i was struggling to find one that hadn't done 150k+ miles

Slamming it? i struggle to get down that low already!

my mate is doing a ground up rebuild on a mk2 scirocco. the black paint is like glass. he has just fitted a 20vt lump (front mounted though)

he is going for tt injectors, ko4 turbo and a remap for over 300 ponies, should be fun in the wet

Very Nice :D

I'm currently restoring a mars red mk1 golf gti

The shell is at the shot blasters at the moment whilst i'm wrestling with the rear beam, every bolt totally welded in and seized!

Booked into the paint shop early January for a full respray & lots of new panels. Blooming thing is costing me an arm and leg but will be worth it in the end.

My loft now resembles a 1983 vw parts store

My xmas presents this year consist of a full superpro polybush kit, some front grill bits & some nos g60 steels

My only advice - Get out now whilst you still have some £ :P
