I just fancied a bit of granary toast with crunchy peanut butter (Whole earth) natch'

No peanut butter!

I had banana on toast instead.

It was ok, but just not what I was really in the mood for.

My life stinks.

al. :(

You shouldn't really complain about not having a particular food.

At least you have food.

Think of the people who don't.

Always cheers me up.

That's talk of a man with peanut butter in the cupboard!

Stinks.

Mine whiffs a little too.

I reversed over a neighbours basket ball and cracked the pipe where it joins into the centre section, my car now sounds like a tractor.

I have peanut butter (Sun-Pat crunchy & smooth) if you want to do a deal ?

I have a rather embarrasing confession to make - I've never eaten peanut butter.

Must have led a sheltered life.

I don't even bother with bread nowadays - teaspoon and jar of peanut butter, the kids now ask for a peanut butter lollipop.

I like Lidl's Mckennedy's peanut butter - 95% peanuts, really good value and tastes great.

You've honestly never eaten peanut butter? Unimaginable self-deprivation! There are few things better on nice wholemeal toast than butter with peanut butter (I agree the Whole Earth Crunchy is a good choice, though maybe bog standard Sun Pat crunchy might be a very slightly easier introduction)

I don't have it too often though, for some bizarre reason it always seems to give me at least one spot later, something that even teenage years rarely managed. Worth it occasionally though :-)

No, I made it up...

But seriously, and honestly, I've never eaten it. Dunno if it's because the idea was never particularly appealling, and I'm not that adventurous with food. Certainly when I was a kid, it wasn't quite as popular or ubiquitous as it is now.

Oh, I dunno - I can imagine a lot of things...

Might be the same for Marmite, too - although I have a vague memory that I actually tried it once, and it truly was a marmite moment. Then again, I could be wrong - memory is such a fickle beast.
