Passed on to my personal shopper.

I learnt this lesson long long ago in a time washed from my mind and reborn through this thread.

I now have emergency peanut butter and a half jar of smooth just in case.... I feel your woe :cry:

American Smuckers Organic is amazing, it's of the type you need to stir before using - 99% roasted peanuts.

i too have never sampled the sordid delight of peanut butter....i much prefer some muffin in the evening to fill me up....

I get laughed at by some of my pals when I admit how much I enjoy muffin.

Tesco, a place I hate, actually sells a very good wholenut peanut butter for under a quid.

It is 91% nuts, just slightly less than me, and it is excellent.

The secret with PB, is to forget using other spread on your piece.

Thick 91% peanut PB straight onto walnut loaf = heaven.

Thick 99%, (I don't even think it is possible to make such a mix), plus another fatty spread on the same equals possibly 80% peanut.

Simple.
