i had similar luck a few weeks back,ordered a pair of 265/35/18" tyres for my car and they sent 2 pairs

I have made my first and second orders from CRC, having turned my nose up at them in the past.
The first was for a set of 5 chainring bolts, they sent 6 nuts and 4 bolts.
The second was for 6 tyres, they sent 4 of the wrong kind.
Both sorted out fairly quickly, and the second time I complained and got them to send me the right tyres and they let me keep the old ones for free.
They will go out of business soon.
