im not saying all landlords but quite often you hear of bad landlords like this (not just arsey but aggresive etc.)....?

Fortunately there's no bond so I don't have that to worry about..

And we're back to 'normal' on the new place and gone through a letting agent.. only possible downside is that it's landlord managed so we may have cause to deal with her.. but she sounds a bit like us.. just wants to be left alone and allowed to get on with getting on
