I'm not sure these really belong here, they ain't retro, but i like to look at other peoples bikes, and, well, I'm a bit bored.
These are the bikes that get thrashed throughout the winter, and I don't mind wearing bits out/damaging them. Saving the Retros for best
The Scott Scale 920 is carbon, 1x12 GX, Mainly as it came, but now has Ules grips, a flite and Hope Race brakes. It's just had a new set of tyres that I haven't tried yet. Weighs about 24lb and goes like stink. I need to add more lightness.
The Orange segment was their second 29er (2014/15) and has 110mm travel (120mm pikes at the front). Lots of Hope parts, Renthal bars & stem, Reverb Dropper (!) Weighs well over 30lb, but rides really nicely and doesn't feel heavy at all.
So, I open them up to your critique!
