My abense, trading issues and im back

Hi Pete,

Sorry to hear about your accident. My brother had a car crash a few years back and sustained very similar sounding injuries to you - including the head thing. He took a while to get completely back to normal; for a while he started buying rounds in the pub and remembering birthdays, but 3 years on that's all stopped and we have the old brother back.

Seriously though, he was a biker and although his crash was in a car, he has had serious bike accidents as well. I'm glad to say he gave up motorbikes following his car accident. The positive thing is that he took up mountainbiking as a result of the pins in his legs preventing him from running. The bad thing is he is now MUCH faster than me!

Try and use this as an opportunity to start afresh, you have a chance to re-invent yourself and do things you wouldnt have done before.

I bet your son is glad his daddy pulled through.

Hey guys,

Sorry for absense. It's been a mental ride.

I've good news!

My memory has come back fully, i remeber everything but seeing the tarmac come at me!

My son is doing well

The missies and me have gotten back togther and its better than ever

I'm out of plaster now and started walking freely. Have been told to take it easy but nah not me. Im pushing my self weekly.

Ive been swimming, gym, fast walk, i've even had a go on a bike.

Docs really shocked but happy with my progress
