I don't mind if they're tarnished or a bit rusty as long as they do the job.

I've got 4 mudguard stays with the little nut/bolt fasteners off an old Bluemels rear guard that I don't suppose I'll ever use. They are 35 cm long & a bit rusty but will clean up.
I'll pm you some details.
