Muddy Fox Courier - 1988

Just finished this 88 Muddy Fox Courier. Bought the f&f on ebay a few months ago and it's been slowly taking shape and completely rebuilt with some original style/period parts and some slightly newer.

Frame size 17'' c-t
Levers - Dia Compe 284
Shifters - Suntour XCD 6000 Accushift
RD - Suntour 3040 Accushift
FD - Sachs Huret
FB - Shimano XT M730
RB - Dia Compe AD 990 U-brake
Original MF Saddle, Stem, Handlebar & Chainset (Oval) (I took the white paint off the chainset & polished the alloy)
Alivio Parallax Hubs with unknown rims (very good condition)
Modern Kenda Khan puncture resistant semi-slicks

I've been for a short ride on it and it's good, but I've decided that it has to go as I've just got too many bikes. I have to move four bikes out of the shed to work on any. Because of injuries I didn't ride much last year so am going to rectify that this year and also keep no more than three bikes.

I tend to start several projects and end up getting nowhere so I've got to finish and get rid of this, my MSRacing and probably my Merlin (British).

Superb!
One of my best mates had this bike in a smaller size (same exact spec with the oval chainset) when I was a kid, and another mate had the Roadrunner with the pink BB area and a black & yellow Muddy Fox 'moondisc' on the rear wheel.
