Easy, Shand saw one at SSUK09 and it was superb. There are a couple of builds on his site.

If you were to go stateside I'd consider ted wojcik or steve stickel as well as rody. A by:stickel would be my uber build at the moment.

Funny this - I was actually thinking the same thing last week - getting a bespoke Steven Shand build for my 50th I'd have to sell everything else to justify it of course, but very, very tempted. Luvverly stuff.

He does 29ers too.

Thats the one! He's a really top bloke! I remember being masked up as he welded mine together. It would be a blast up the M1 for you. Junction 33 or 34 i think?

Suprised no mention of Enigma Bikes or Burls. Burls built a Ti bike for neil__j, the same (suspension corrected) geometry and dimensions as his KHS Montana Pro

Treat yourself to a place on the Dave Yates frame building course and walk out with aframe you built yourself under the master's supervision.

Not sure I could trust myself even with his supervision (besides there's a 2 year waiting list for his courses :shock: )
