MS San Andreas build - help needed

Anyone got a copy of the recent (I think) article on John Stevenson's classic San Andreas?

Finally getting round to building my San An up and I'm looking for inspiration what build I should go for.

Thoughts and suggestions from you guys welcomed as well

Don't remember Stevenson having one (though I have a rubbish memory). Think there was something about Smiff's San An in a recent MBUK though.

I'm clearly going mad - meant Paul Smith not Stevenson.

There was an original article on it when he first got it and one of the mags ran an article on him doing it up to its former glory.

Either article would be great if anyone has them

I'm fairly certain it was MBR that did the article and it was in the last couple of years.

I'm also fairly certain that I binned the mag a month ago ...

classic san andreas build: control tech stem & seatpost, umma guma tyres & matching grey saddle, pro stop hubs & brakes, mtn cycle suspender forks, full M900 XTR remainder.
thats how mtn cycle used to advertise em

Got the M900 XTR, got the CQP cranks, got the Suspenders forks (not red though) - decent start....
