Just as a matter of interest the 856 isn't a small, prob a medium. The small had the top of the shock mount piercing the top tube and a much deeper bend in the top tube. Like this:

On reflection, would swap the Hope Hub for a rear. , disc compatible and something similar. (Hope, Grimeca, Hadley etc)
