I dropped in with family in tow on the Fri eve and Saturday lunchtime to see what was going on. I....
met a few faces,
had a good perv on the bikes on display,
listened to the expert heckling,
observed the general mud murdering cycling carnage and
.....I actually think I want to ride next year!?
You lot really were an event within an event

Still feeling a little weak but need to pop something down, Really was a fantastic weekend from start to finish .... The weather was NEVER going to win the day against the Retro spirit no matter how much it tried.
Far to many things happened to single anything out but a random funny one was on the Saturday night in the tent , the mrs was VERY tired and getting grotty trying to sleep and moaning about the racket from the retro tent "Its not even music" amongst other mutterings..... I just drifted off with a big smile foot tapping to "long dark tunnel"

I feel for many years to come when the weather is a little wet at Mayhem and people are moaning the reply will always be "I guess you were not there in 2012!!"

had an awesome weekend again, admittedly the rain spoiled the riding but the atmosphere was electric, the heckling on par as usual and quality of bikes gets better with age
