Elastomers are just rubber blocks,they are made in long sections and cut to length,and in different densities.Most shock makers never made their own elastomers they bought it in long sections from elastomer makers and cut it up.Have a look at elastomer blocks/ tubes then buy some lengths and cut it up,I did this for several elastomer forks and shocks over the years.I'm looking in many groups.
